Closed the deal almost as quickly as the coming soon sign was posted. If / when I sell my home someday Bethany will be the agent I want to represent my interests.

Moving here from IL Beth and Billy came highly recommended by two people who both bought homes using Beth and Billy, they worked VERY hard at finding us a rental for 3 months not an easy task as we have 3 dogs...and then they found us the PERFECT home...sadly we are moving out of state but happily we have listed our house for sale with Beth, folks...I've worked with a few realtors in my time and Beth by far is the most hard working and dependable realtor that I have ever met! Bethany was very helpful with my house shopping. I talked to her around November and told her that would not be ready to start looking until after March. She set me up with a portal so I could start looking and see what prices and area was available. She did not try and push me into a home just to get a sale.
